Benefits apply only to the guest specified on the membership card. It cannot be lent or transferred to another person.

When using membership benefits, a card must be presented. The benefits cannot be applied in case there is no card offered.

Membership benefits are non-exchangeable for cash. It cannot be applied in duplicate with other benefits.

The expiration date of membership benefits is one year from the date of issuance of the card. The expiration date cannot be extended.

It takes about a week to issue a membership card after applying for online subscription. (mailing)

The complimentary room benefit does not include a hot spring pass.

Food and beverage benefits may not be available during business promotion periods such as Children's Day, Christmas Eve, the day, so please inquire in advance before using them.

Food and beverage discounts apply to up to 6 people, including yourself, and regular discounts and 30% discounts are not applicable in duplicate.

When using food and beverage discount benefits along with vouchers, the discount will be applied to the amount after voucher has been applied.
